A site about privacy-first work should be privacy-first itself. This notice sets out exactly what this site does with personal data, which is very little.
Who We Are
This site is run by H D Fraser & Associates and maintained by HDUK Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 11813917, 167–169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
What This Site Does Not Do
- It sets no cookies.
- It runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
- It loads nothing from other companies' servers. Fonts, styles, and images are all served from this site.
- It does not use your information to build a profile of you.
The Contact Form
If you send a chat request, the form collects your name, email address, and message, and optionally your organization, phone number, and whether you would like an NDA. We use these details only to reply to you and to arrange the conversation you asked for.
The site emails your request to our inbox and does not save a copy on the web server. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond and, if we go on to work together, to manage that engagement. We do not share them with anyone else or use them for marketing lists.
Server Logs
Like most web servers, the server hosting this site keeps short-term technical logs of requests, which include IP addresses and the pages requested. These are used only to keep the site secure and working.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
