Answer Engineering is delivered with software we design, build, and support ourselves, not resold from another vendor. Six products cover the whole service: answering from your approved content, becoming the cited source, measuring what answers achieve, and hosting in the jurisdiction you choose. None of them needs a permanent connection to an AI provider to work.

CQIP Trust Declaration
Authorship and credentials as structured data
States who wrote and reviewed each page, and the credentials behind them, as structured data. Answer engines can then check experience, expertise, authority, and trust against a named person rather than guess.

CQI Referrer Attribution
With the AIR Engine
Records where each visit and enquiry comes from, and gives AI assistants a channel of their own. Its AIR Engine estimates how much answer-engine traffic is hidden inside visits reported as direct.

Reader Progress and Decision Point
Shows which pages are actually read, and which lead a visitor to call, email, or send a text. Reader Progress records reading milestones; Decision Point detects the moment of contact. A live demo is on the product site.

Why We Build Rather Than Resell
When the software is ours, we can tell you exactly where your data goes, and where it does not. There is no vendor behind us whose terms, prices, or roadmap can change what you were promised.
It also means we can fix and adapt quickly. When an answer engine changes how it reads a page, or a client needs a safeguard that does not exist yet, we change the product rather than wait for someone else to.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to use your products?
No. CQIP is a standard, not a platform, so we can apply it to the website and systems you already have. We recommend a product only where it does a job better than what you run today.
Do the products work on WordPress?
CQI Referrer Attribution, Semantic Journey, and CQIP Trust Declaration are WordPress plugins, and Semantic Journey and Refer App also cover other platforms. My Chat Assistant runs as its own install alongside any website.
Which products use AI?
None of them needs it. My Chat Assistant can help draft suggested answers, and Eco CPanel Hosting includes optional AI agent tools. Both stay off until you connect your own provider account, and a person approves anything that is drafted.
Can we see the products working?
Yes. Semantic Journey has a live demo on its site, and each product site describes what it does in detail. In a chat, we can show the parts that matter to you.
